The In-Home Body Transformation Program

Our body transformation program is ideal for those whose goals involve weight loss. This in home personal training program provides you with a convenient and effective private workout session without all the headache, bustle, and confusion of a gym. Our in home personal training program is ideal for the busy working professional constantly on the road, the stay at home mom or those who simply would prefer the gym to come to them. No matter what your current fitness level or goals are, our mobile personal trainers will work with your needs.

Fitness

      Program Includes:

  • Orientation (2 hour initial session to record body measurements, answer client background questions, provide nutrition synopsis, and implement fitness tools)

  • Weekly nutrition analysis and coaching with a one on one personal trainer

  • Customized number of 60-minute workout sessions (2-3 per week/8-12 per month is recommended)

  • Re-assessment of body measurements at the end of each month to ensure appropriate progress

  • Honest, constructive feedback from your personal trainer via email, 3 days per week

  • Client homework and necessary program adjustments weekly

  • Constant form and intensity coaching to avoid injury and help achieve maximum benefits

 

On-Site FITNESS Bootcamps

Intense Workout

On-site fitness boot camps are available for groups of 10-20 people who wish to participate in a more organized, team orientated workout.

These workouts are for those who need an extra push and a bit of accountability.

Our personal trainers will come to you and give you a much needed break from the monotony of your every day schedule. Sessions can be held in parking lots, conference rooms, local parks or even neighborhood facilities.

This format is ideal for those who are simply looking for a more cost effective workout alternative or are interested building group cohesiveness and team morale.

Nutrition advice and body measurements are also available to participants.

(VIRTUAL TRAINING)

Our online personal training offers our ultra successful one on one personal training that has been perfected over 16 years and puts it into an easy to follow virtual training program that you can do from anywhere. Whether you live in Austin or elsewhere, our online fitness coaches can help you get the results you are after and dominate your health and fitness goals!

Diet Salad

  • 2 Hour Course
